How We Pack Your Order

Each piece of Lili Star Pearls jewelry is individually wrapped in a soft velvet pouch and placed inside a branded gift box before being sealed in a protective outer carton. We use eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible.

All parcels are fully insured from the moment they leave our facility until they reach your door.

Delivery Policies

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number
• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
• A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, a re-delivery attempt will be made
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carriers
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched
